TERMS:
- Property will be sold in as-is condition with
all faults.
- A 10% buyers premium will be added to the
successful bidders final bid to determine the final
sales price.
- The successful bidder will be required to pay
total amount due the day of Auction.
- Successful Bidder(s) will receive a Trustees
Deed as title for the above property subject to any
superior interest of record, all taxes, easements,
zoning regulations, restrictions, covenants, and
physical conditions.
NOTICE
This Auction will be conducted pursuant to the Power of
Sale granted by the Deed of Trust recorded in the
Chancery Clerks Office, Tate County MS in Trust Book
2005, page 991.
